We aim to raise awareness about parental and family civil rights violations. These violations are caused by the state juvenile court system’s lack of due process.
DFCS continues to cause these injustices. They prematurely remove medically fragile children from factually innocent parents. This is based on a misdiagnosis of non-accidental injury by a child abuse pediatrician. These actions occur even before a thorough medical evaluation is completed or an independent investigation is conducted.
You Are The Power has highlighted the need for reform. They worked with families across Georgia. These families have been needlessly fractured. Their innocent children have been harmed by the absence of human respect shown by state and local authorities.
